3.1 Platform Content: All content provided by Korean in Life, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Korean in Life or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

3.2 User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Services.

4.1 Creator Status: Users may apply to become "Creators" to publish educational content such as video lectures and quizzes.

4.2 Content Standards: All Creator content must adhere to our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.

4.3 Revenue Sharing: Creators are eligible to receive a portion of the revenue generated from their content (e.g., via views or subscriptions) in accordance with our Creator Agreement. The specific revenue share rates and payment terms are detailed in the Creator Guide and key terms agreed upon during Creator registration.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harass, threaten, demean, embarrass, or otherwise harm any other user of the Services.
• Interfere with security-related features of the Services.
• Use automated means (scraping, robots, etc.) to access the Services without our express permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Korean in Life be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the Republic of Korea.
